Understand our ticket cancellation and refund terms before registering.

At visitors.filmexpoindia.com, operated by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd, we are committed to a fair and transparent registration experience. This policy outlines all cancellation, refund, and modification terms for tickets purchased for Film Expo India 2026. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Important: All ticket prices listed on this platform are inclusive of GST. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable — no additional taxes will be charged. For example, the Visitor Pass is ₹1,500 all-inclusive.

General Cancellation Policy

  • All ticket purchases for Film Expo India 2026 are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except under the specific circumstances listed in Section 2.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, early departure, or change of personal plans.
  • Tickets are non-transferable — they are valid only for the registered attendee whose name appears on the booking.
  • Entry will be denied if the name on the QR pass does not match the attendee's government-issued ID.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

  • Event Cancellation by Organizer: If Film Expo India 2026 is cancelled by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, registered visitors will be given the option to either transfer their ticket to the new date or request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
  • Payment Failure / Double Deduction: If your bank or payment gateway debits your account but the booking fails or is not confirmed, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after verification.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally complete the same payment twice, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
  • Confirmation Not Received: If you do not receive your booking confirmation or QR pass within 24 hours of successful payment, contact us immediately. We will resend your pass or investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Process & Timeline

Step 1 — Submit Refund Request
Email your refund request to info@filmexpoindia.com with your full name, registered email, booking ID, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
Step 2 — Verification (1–3 Working Days)
Our team will verify your request against the booking records and payment gateway data. We may contact you for additional information if required.
Step 3 — Approval & Processing
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
Step 4 — Credit (7–14 Working Days)
Refunds typically reflect within 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider. Payment gateway processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Ticket Upgrades

  • Visitors may upgrade their pass to a higher tier (e.g., Visitor to Business Delegate) subject to availability, from the My Tickets section.
  • The upgrade amount is the difference between the two pass prices and is payable at the time of upgrade.
  • Upgrades are non-refundable once processed.
  • Downgrading a ticket to a lower tier is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Once Prime Business, VIP, and VVIP passes open, upgrade options to those tiers will be made available automatically.

Modifications & Corrections

  • Minor corrections to your registered details (such as name spelling or email address) can be requested by contacting info@filmexpoindia.com at least 7 days before the event.
  • The event date on a Visitor Pass (29 or 30 August) cannot be changed after booking.
  • Company name and designation updates can be made from your profile section before ticket generation.
  • Modifications to ticket type (other than upgrades) are not permitted after payment.

Force Majeure

Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications to Film Expo India 2026 caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or acts of God. In such cases, the Organizer will communicate alternative arrangements or refund options at the earliest possible time.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Visitor chose not to attend for personal reasons.
  • Visitor arrived late or left early and missed sessions.
  • Visitor's entry was denied due to invalid ID or QR code mismatch caused by incorrect registration details.
  • Visitor was removed from the event due to violation of the Code of Conduct.
  • Promotional or discounted tickets — unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
  • Upgraded ticket amounts once the upgrade is confirmed.
