Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
  • Accepted payment methods include: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets.
  • Your ticket and QR entry pass will be generated and emailed to your registered address immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

Ticket Upgrades

  • Visitors who have purchased a lower-tier pass may upgrade to a higher tier subject to availability.
  • The upgrade cost is the difference in ticket price between the two tiers.
  • Upgrades can be initiated from the My Tickets section after login.
  • Upgraded passes will reflect immediately and a new QR code will be issued.
  • Downgrading a ticket is not permitted.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Occasional early bird discounts or promotional offers may be available and will be announced on the platform.
  • Promotional pricing is time-limited and subject to availability. Terms and conditions will be specified at the time of the offer.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Group booking discounts, if available, will be communicated via email or the official website.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed, except in the event of event cancellation or postponement by the Organizer.
  • If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, a full refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.

Price Changes

  • Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise ticket prices at any time without prior notice.
  • The price applicable at the time of your booking confirmation is the final price you will be charged. Price changes after booking do not affect confirmed registrations.
