These Terms and Conditions govern your use of visitors.filmexpoindia.com, operated by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd. By visiting our website, registering as a visitor, or participating in Film Expo India 2026, you unconditionally agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

• Organizer: Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd, the company organizing Film Expo India
• Co-Organizer: India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO)
• Visitor / User: Any individual accessing this website or registering for the event
• Event: Film Expo India 2026 — held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, 26–30 August 2026
• Platform / Website: visitors.filmexpoindia.com
• Ticket / Pass: A paid or complimentary entry pass purchased through this platform
• Venue: Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

• Registration is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may attend only under direct parental or guardian supervision.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False information may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund.
• One account may be used to book multiple tickets for different attendees.
• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke access at its sole discretion.

• Visitor Pass (₹1,500): Valid for one day only — either 29 or 30 August 2026. Grants access to the exhibition floor, expo catalogue, and QR-based entry.
• Business Delegate Pass (₹7,000): Valid for all 5 days (26–30 August 2026). Includes conference sessions, B2B meeting opportunities, networking lunches, and event app access.
• Prime Business, VIP & VVIP Passes: Opening soon. Pricing and benefits will be announced separately.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation shall be the final price.

• All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.
• Accepted modes include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• Your ticket will be confirmed only upon successful payment. A booking confirmation with QR code will be sent to your registered email.
• In case of a payment failure, do not attempt to rebook until you have confirmed with your bank that no amount was debited. Contact us at info@filmexpoindia.com if in doubt.
• The Organizer is not responsible for failed transactions due to technical issues on the part of your bank or payment gateway.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation or postponement by the Organizer.
• If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer, registered visitors will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled event.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.
• Ticket upgrades are permitted subject to availability. The difference in price must be paid before the upgrade is confirmed.

• Visitors must present their QR code (digital or printed) along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the entry gate.
• Entry will be denied if the QR code cannot be verified or the ID does not match the registration details.
• The Visitor Pass is valid for one day only. Re-entry on a different day is not permitted on the same pass.
• The Organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, speakers, or content without prior notice.
• Photography and video for personal use is permitted. Commercial recording or live streaming requires prior written consent from the Organizer.
• Prohibited items include weapons, hazardous materials, unauthorized recording devices, and any items deemed inappropriate by venue management.
• The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to conduct security checks at entry.

• All visitors must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, staff, or exhibitors will not be tolerated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor from the event without refund for violating this code of conduct.
• Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer and venue are not liable for loss or theft.

• By registering on this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your data may be used to send event updates, confirmations, and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All content on this platform — including logos, images, text, designs, and event materials — is the intellectual property of Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform or attendance at the event.
• The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the event.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your ticket.

The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or attendance at Film Expo India shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
